Used to + infinitive and be/get used to + -ing look similar but they have very different uses.used to + 不定式和 be/get used to + -ing 看起来很相似，但它们的用途却截然不同。
used to-习惯于
We use used to + infinitive to talk about a past situation that is no longer true. It tells us that there was a repeated action or state in the past which has now changed.我们用used to + 不定式来谈论过去不再真实的情况。它告诉我们过去重复的动作或状态现在已经改变了。
She used to be a long-distance runner when she was younger.她年轻时曾是一名长跑运动员。
I didn’t use to sleep very well, but then I started doing yoga and it really helps.我以前睡得不好，但后来我开始做瑜伽，它真的很有帮助。

be used to and get used to-习惯并且习惯
Be used to means ‘be familiar with’ or ‘be accustomed to’.Beused to 的意思是“熟悉”或“习惯”。
